About

David Streuli

Freelance
Data Scientist

Hi, I’m David – I build agentic workflows.

I’m a specialist in information management. However, I’ve become an AI engineer after but shifted focus after recognizing the lack of computational tools.

My expertise lies in building AI-driven networks, with a focus on natural language processing, knowledge graphs, and information extraction.

Currently, I balance freelance projects in data gathering and agentic large language models (ALLM) with a semantic search project that converts scientific literature into accessible, machine-readable knowledge graphs.

I actually come from the bioinformatics space, where I touched gene-sequence optimization algorithms and analyzing GWAS studies.

My ultimate goal? Making scientific information more discoverable and understandable – for everyone.

Let’s Connect: Interested in NLP innovation, semantic search, or knowledge graph applications? Drop me a message.

My biggest strength and weakness:
I’m not afraid to tackle the hardest problems.
